Hokkien Sour Noodles

Unlike most noodles flavour, this is a mostly sour and slightly spicy soupy noodles. The meat stock really leaves the mouth watering because of its sourness and I often have three bowls of this in a row because it is a really light dish. My spouse love to have this when on a diet and feeling hungry and the effect is amazing.

This is the kind of thick soup and crispy meat with thick egg noodles that my spouse and I indulge in. We still remember this being one of our wedding meal course and everyone feed back that they have not enough.
