Hokkien Sour Noodles
Unlike most noodles flavour, this is a mostly sour and slightly spicy soupy noodles. The meat stock really leaves the mouth watering because of its sourness and I often have three bowls of this in a row because it is a really light dish. My spouse love to have this when on a diet and feeling hungry and the effect is amazing.

Lor Mee
This is the kind of thick soup and crispy meat with thick egg noodles that my spouse and I indulge in. We still remember this being one of our wedding meal course and everyone feed back that they have not enough. Today, every bite recalls our sweet memory at the wedding that leaves us so much falling in love again. We are also reminded of this:

Laksa
This is not for the faint-hearted because I need to be chili tolerant and I am to finish this dish. The heavy coconut cream adds a lot of flavour and combines so well with the chili sauce that I share three bowls with my wife beloved. the laksa leaf gives it a refreshing morning dew fragrance that opens up our appetite every time.

Kway Teow Soup
During lunch, my wife and I will frequent our lovely restaurant for a home cooked tasting broad rice noodles in chicken soup with much sliced meat and fresh water shrimps. We definitely slurp up this wonderful cuisine with french loaves to dip in. At times, we will mix in fried frittters to have a heavier luch and satisfied stomach.

Fried Thin Noodles
The feeling of such thin noodles with the cruchy vegetables and fried meat makes me easy to accept this delicacy for almost every meal. During parties, my dearest honey will come up with this dish with sliced onions to enhance the overall spicyness. Without fail all our guest will give their heavenly praises for my talented wife who cooks with her heart.
